Rodger provides personalized financial income planning in hopes of creating stability and confidence for his clients in retirement. He is both a Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF) and a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA)

Camden has a passion for helping people achieve their financial and retirement goals. He has a deep understanding of the financial markets and the tools/strategies needed to build a solid retirement income plan. His approach to retirement income planning is centered around building strong relationships with his clients by taking the time to truly get to know them. He is an advocate for financial literacy and encourages his clients to take an active role in their retirement income planning.
Camden graduated from Truman State University in 2021 with a Business Finance degree. He began working at Sprouse Financial immediately after college and has since been working with Medicare clients and finding the best plan for them.
Will Hughes
Licensed Insurance Professional & Medicare Specialist
Will's attention to detail remains constant with every client he meets. He joined Sprouse Financial in 2022 to learn under Rodger's tutelage. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge of the insurance industry to help every one of his clients. Will began his career in insurance in 2019 and has been helping Medicare beneficiaries since 2020.
He graduated from Missouri State University and shortly after his insurance license. He started out in group benefits and quickly realized he loved the personal side of insurance and helping individuals.
